Executive Vice President, Strategic Initiatives
Alysia is responsible for planning and implementing strategic initiatives that ultimately strengthen our relationships and our business footprint. This includes enhancing a highly entrepreneurial, people-centric company culture, leading the full RFI/RFP process across departments and instilling focus and discipline throughout the leadership team. She is responsible for strategic messaging, workflows and content creation that align to organizational goals and objectives.
In addition to her executive management skills, Alysia is an event planner who has handled full-cycle event planning for numerous dignitaries, including former Presidents of the United States. She proudly served on the community outreach committee of Diversity Alliance for Science, helping diverse students pursue careers in the life sciences. She holds a BA in Health & Human Sciences from Oregon State University and studied Communications and Journalism at Bergen Community College. Alysia is proud of her Greek background and is known by her teammates to be an amazing chef!
