How it started
When our founder and Brazilian native, Elisabete Miranda, arrived in the U.S., a language and cultural misunderstanding nearly led to unnecessary medical treatment for her daughter.
This experience fueled her life’s mission: to break down language and cultural barriers in healthcare through cultural intelligence (CQ).
