the story that sparked CQ

When CEO and Brazilian native, Elisabete Miranda, arrived in the United States her family experienced a lapse in communication when her daughter was mistakenly diagnosed with Tuberculosis. It was only through the translation of a medical as well as cultural expert that this mistake was corrected, thus beginning Elisabete’s work in bridging the cultural gaps in language translations.
