Exceptional service is part of our core values.
With a consistent track record of achieving a 99% customer satisfaction rate, quarter over quarter, CQ fluency is uniquely committed to delivering quality language services that help to engage hearts and minds.
- Through our commitment to social responsibility and respect toward our translator community, motivating the best linguists to work for us. With a dedicated Language Quality Assurance (LQA) team, we ensure linguistic integrity with full support throughout the localization lifecycle.
- We have crafted a unique query management solution that provides a strong communication framework to supports linguists in improving output by flagging issues with translatability, escalating queries to client’s in-country reviewers and more.
- Each year, we conduct an internal audit, annual registrar audits, bimonthly and ad-hoc SIPOC audits, quarterly KPI and quality objective review and analysis of customer satisfaction and feedback. This enables us to stringently monitor the quality of our processes and ensure we are delivering the highest possible standard of language services.
We measure all three of the following areas as part of our ISO 9001 and 17100 quality systems, with targets of 99% of projects delivered on time and on budget. These statistics are compiled and reviewed by senior management at each ISO Monthly Management Review Meeting.
Our success in these areas is confirmed by the “Outstanding” rating we received in a customer feedback survey commissioned by the US Government’s General Services Administration.
When you choose CQ fluency as your multicultural communication provider, before we begin working together we make you three promises:
We recognize the importance of deadlines and strive to deliver all our projects on time, 100% of the time.
