Exceptional service is part of our core values.
We measure all three of these areas as part of our ISO 9001 and 17100 quality systems, with targets of 99% of projects delivered on time and on budget. These statistics are compiled and reviewed by senior management at each ISO Monthly Management Review Meeting.
Our success in these areas is confirmed by the “Outstanding” rating we received in a customer feedback survey commissioned by the US Government’s General Services Administration.
When you choose CQ fluency as your multicultural communication provider, before we begin working together we make you three promises:
We recognize the importance of deadlines and strive to deliver all our projects on time, 100% of the time.
We provide the highest quality of work and continually measure our work against ISO standards.
We will always be clear and transparent with our pricing and will always honor our cost estimates.
